These terms are an agreement between you and Skribloo (skribloo.com) ("Skribloo", "we", "us"). By using skribloo.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Skribloo turns photos and text prompts into printable coloring pages, line art and coloring books. Drawings are made by AI, so results vary and may miss or add details.
Skribloo is intended for adults. Parents and teachers may make pages for children to color. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
You are responsible for activity on your account.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the pages Skribloo makes from them. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you, until the files are deleted.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
What you may do with your pages depends on your plan:
Because pages come from your own photos and prompts, you are responsible for making sure your use does not infringe anyone else's rights, such as a trademarked character or a person's likeness.
Do not use Skribloo to:
We may remove content, limit access, or close accounts that break these rules.
Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your plan does not renew after that.
If something went wrong with a purchase, email [email protected]. We handle refund requests case by case.
If you believe content on Skribloo infringes your copyright or uses your image without permission, email [email protected]. Include your contact details, the work or image involved and where it appears, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized and that your notice is accurate, and your signature. We will review it promptly, remove content where appropriate, and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
We provide Skribloo "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every result will fit your purpose. Generated files are deleted after 30 days, so download anything you want to keep.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Skribloo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us is caused by content you uploaded or by your breaking these terms.
You can stop using Skribloo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using Skribloo after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
