What Skribloo collects when you make coloring pages, why, and how long we keep it

Skribloo is an online tool that turns photos and text prompts into printable coloring pages, line art and coloring books. Skribloo (skribloo.com) is the operator ("we", "us"); the way to reach us is by email. If you have a question about this policy or your data, email [email protected].
Photos you upload. When you upload a photo, we store it so we can turn it into a drawing.
Pages we generate for you. The coloring pages, line art and coloring book PDFs we create from your photos or prompts.
Text prompts. What you type into the AI coloring page generator.
Account details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Payment records. If you buy a plan or a Credit Pack, Stripe handles the payment. We receive the plan you bought, the amount, and the status of the payment. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage and device data. Your IP address, a visitor ID stored in a cookie, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use these to run the free daily limit, stop abuse, and understand how the site is used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising.
We use a small number of providers to run Skribloo. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the pages made from them. We use them only to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos, prompts or the pages generated from them to train AI models. Our Terms of Service explain which plans include commercial use.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will respond within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to certain processing or to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use and what happens if you block them.
Skribloo is intended for adults. Parents and teachers are welcome to make coloring pages for children. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal information from, children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit who can access stored data. No online service is perfectly secure, so only upload photos you are comfortable storing with us for up to 7 days.
Skribloo is run from the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using Skribloo, you understand that your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also post a notice on the site.
